Can Someone Else BT to your Credit Card

Well it's not really just someone! Me and my husband have applied for several cards. I got two with Balance for life transfers (Texaco& AMEX) He has got the Virgin card 0% etc., what we were wondering was can he tranfer money to our current account and then transfer the outstanding Virgin balance to my credit card, or do the names have to be the same??
Thanks

yes, you can certainly do this. In fact I did this a few weeks ago (balance transferred my credit card balance to my other halfs new Capital One card. The card companies only ask for a card number and an amount when doing a balance transfer. They don't ask for the name of the account holder.
