Help I booked the wrong ticket

On emirates.com website, after many (~20) attempts where the reservation didn't get through, I was trying to find a flight with return date around 30/08 or 01/09, and I just entered 30/09 by mistake and it went through!
The cancellation fees are £100/person (maybe £200 if they count it per leg)

I paid by credit card.
I'm so desperate I tried to call their customer service in the UK, but they closed ealry, in the US and in Dubai, but they sent me back to call UK tomorrow morning
Do you know what I should do?
Is there any credit card cancellation possibility, in the same way as when we order an object online?

Don't panic. It's good that you booked direct with the airline.
Speak nicely with them in the morning or as soon as possible(no more than 24hrs). I'm sure they will change it for you.
As a back up, send an email to their UK Customer Services and CC it to Dubai. That will prove that you noted the mistake immediately and tried to contact them.
Be nice and make no demands, I'm quite sure they will fix it.0 -
I made the same mistake once too (right day, wrong month), and I called the airline right away and they changed it without charge.
They mentioned something about the 24 hours period, like Donnie mentioned, so I think that's the rule (for non-low-cost airlines though, I'd assume...)Being brave is going after your dreams head on0 -
The sooner you speak to them the better - they should sort you out without charge. By speaking to them as soon as possible after and certainly within the day, its fairly apparent that you don't just want to change your plans and it is a genuine mistake.0

Have you checked the prices for returning on Aug 30 ?
If they are more than what you paid you'll have to pay the difference. So don't necessarily expect it done for free.0 -

Agreed: Emirates are definitely a full-service airline.
Whenever I have used them, the terms of the ticket allowed free change of return date, so I am surprised that you were worried about a two hundred pound fee. They must have changed their policy fairly recently.0 -
