Where can we get%100 Mortgage????

Any one out there got any reccommendations or advice??
We are first time buyers and want to get on the ladder or should we keep on waiting for house prices to fall(which we've been waiting for, For 5 years)?? Help i'm confused!!!!:confused:

    Hold tight. Prices are already falling in many areas. Another rate rise on the cards next month - once this and the other rises really 'bed-in' we'll start seeing substantial falls as people come to the end of their fixed rate period and realise they're up s*** creek without a paddle.... or a boat!

    Save hard and get a 95% mortgage when you can afford it. If you are sailing close to the wind each month with money, the difference in repayments between a 100% and a 95% mortgage are massive!
