Mobile Phone Insurance

Hi everyone.
Does anyone know where I can get some cheap mobile phone insurance?
I've looked on the cmparison sites, but couldn't find an option for it.
At the moment I've got it with my bank account, alongside that CardProtection Insurance for a fiver a month. (£25 excess on the phone)
Is this a good deal?
THe bank account otherwise is rotten and I'm in the process of transferring. I was just wondering if I should keep the onld one open for the mobile phone insurance alone?
Cheers

I am with t-mobile but when I had to phone them they asked which network so I guess that they insure others.
