    Hi PenPin

We're going out to dinner tonight. For the rest of the week I will be eating salads or home made soups, as I'm trying to shift my tummy. My DH will be living on HM ready meals from the freezer, all of which were the extras made from meals in the last couple of weeks.

    Sun - haven't decided
Mon - Beef casserole with dumplings
Tue - Chili Beef and Chilli Chicken Piadines
Wed - both of us will be having Chicken in a sauce, not HM I'm afraid
    Thu - Mutton Casserole
Fri - Fish, fresh from the fishmonger, variety tbd
    Sat - Spaghetti bolognese

oooo can we come and stay with you this week sophiesmum - your menu sounds lovely :rotfl:

ok then if we dont get any invites this week we will be having the following...

Sunday - Roast Chicken with yorkies and veggies
Monday - Chicken Curry with Rice
Tuesday - Pasta with Neopolitan Sauce and Garlic Bread
Wednesday - 5 bean stew with dumplings
Thursday - Veggie Lasagne with Potato Wedges
    Friday - frozen leftovers
Saturday - Quorn Chilli Con Carni with Rice

DD is on rice crispies for breakfast ( finally got her off coco pops  ) I will have either HM bread toasted with honey or porridge and honey.

Lunches are going to be difficult as we are both all over the place this week but will be trying to use up a glut of tuna in sandwiches and if my rocket grows enough I will be having tuna salad. Will also be making some HM soup to take out in flasks with HM bread.

Snacks are fruit and will be making some flapjack and shortbread. Im also on the look out for recipies to use up all bran if anybody has any

probably not the most nutricious diet this week but am trying to come in under £200 for the month ( budget was £150 but that went out the window ages ago  )

Have a good week everybody :D
