help! I am remortgaging but have no P60s

I am confused I am currently trying to remortgage, and feeling down because I was turned down by Nationwide after passing their initial check, anyway, the new lender I have gone for have asked for payslips as well as P60s. I have no P60s as I changed jobs last year ( I am still with my employer but now working through my own limited company).and I now worried about how important this is. I have re-mortgaged in the past without any problems, but now I am really worried about this as my current fixed rate is ending pretty soon. What are my options?
