I'm thinking you haven't had to deal with Barclays?!!!!
I'm fed up with them and losing the will to pursue all the way to courts as I haven't heard many success tales compared to all other banks.

I've reclaimed from natwest. Not very pretty. had to literally scream at them over the phone to get my point across. no letters, but was settled within 2 days. small amount. 38 quid0

I dont mind. Im 32 and have claimed back charges from Natwest which took a total of 12 weeks from beginning to end and have also reclaimed for 2 other people.
Not sure of a picture though.

I can put my wife forward Paula (38), she has succussfully claimed bank charges and mortgage final exit fee back within the last few months from Halifax

Sorry for what maybe a silly question but is a mortgage exit fee the fee you are charged if you change you mortgae to a different provider and havent been with the original provider for a certain amount of time or is this somethign different?0
