English vs Scottish courts

Hi just a quick question, when filing out the letter advising the bank you intend to raise a court action it states "...filing proceedings through the county court". I assume that the county court is referring to an English court and that as I live in Scotland I would be referring to the court as the Sheriff small claims court. Is this correct?
I am just starting the process and need your expertise.
Thank you much
