Turkey Medalions. Any Ideas Welcome.

Just trying to do my very first menu planner and i found some turkey medalions lurking in freezer. I have no idea what to make with them. I once made a curry with some but didn't much like it, although rest of family did!
Any ideas?

I use them like I do pork chops. Just grill them and serve with mash, veg and gravy!!

I also find "tenderising" them helps too (ie bash them with a tenderiser mallet).

Turkey in tomato and garlic sauce:

    Sauce:

One tin of tomatoes flung into the liquidiser with a couple of teaspoonfuls of cornflour, one chicken stock cube, about a cup of either white wine or water, a teaspoon of mixed herbs, garlic to your taste, a teaspoon of sugar and some salt and pepper. (I actually often add a bit of tomato paste as well. Whoosh it all together and pour over your crumbed breasts. Top with grated cheese.

    Easypeasy.

Cook at the equivalent of 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.

It's lovely barbecue weather today! We coat ours in baby food (don't laugh :)) - ie something fruity like apple, peach or pear puree, and then stick them on the bbq - they taste gorgeous!
