Halifax 12 months with 2% charge

Looks like Halifax are now charging 2% for a BT with no upper limit. The period has been extended to 12 months.

As more companies introduce this charge it's worth remembering that for these 12 month offers, it's still worthwhile as long as your savings pay more than 2% net (and if they don't then you need to change them!)
As stated elsewhere though, it's slightly less satisfying as the banks do get some money out of you!The above facts belong to everybody; the opinions belong to me; the distinction is yours to draw...0
