Selling phone on ebay advice please

Hi, I'm just about to get a new phone contract and it comes with a shiny new phone. I'm happy with the phone I've got and I'm thinking of selling the new one on ebay as they are going for £150ish, which will pay off half of the years contract. I've sold the odd phone on ebay before over the last few years but after reading some of the scams on here I'm wondering how to sell. This is what I'm thinking of:
Blocking non-uk buyers
Blocking 5 or less feedback, negative feedback
Selling only VIA Paypal to a CONFIRMED address
Sending the item registered delivery to the confirmed address only.
Does that seem ok? Anything else anyone can think of that will help?
I'm not sure if I can block ebayers without a confirmed paypal address but do I have to send to non-confirmed if I state this in VERY large letters in the description?
Thanks in advance for any advice, I know some of you are experts in this field.

Photograph all relevant parts of the phone, box and accessories, photo and note all serial numbers and IMEI number. Invisibly mark if possible battery, case etc. Do NOT send to anyone outside of UK, Don't accept offer from anyone wanting you to send to brother/aunt/any relative you care to name in Nigeria or similar. Don't accept a cheque for more than the correct amount as they will want you send the rest back to them and it'll be sure to bounce later. You could accept bank transfer direct into your account as they can't defraud you later, imho this is far safer than paypal.
Best of luck.

anyone who places a bid, just have a look at their feedback, see what items they have been buying recently...make sure they havent built up their feedback score by buying 1p e-books...0

Hi borosteve, yes i would agree with everything you have written so far, but i would make sure you take a couple of your own photos. If I am buying selling a mobile I always buy from those who have the photos of the actuall phone and not a linked photo from a website.0

Send the phone via special delivery not recorded delivery.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

I wouldnt sell a £150 and accept paypal... people will try and scam you..
I've sold hundreds of items and any item I think will go for more that £50-80 pounds I will not allow payment via paypal. Also send the phone special delivery (it should cost you around 5.50), this will ensure it is tracked all the way. As the others have said MAKE SURE you take the phone IMEI number as well in case they receive it and try and claim it doesnt work and try and send a non-working one back.=======================

It may not hurt to put on the listing that all (removeable) items are invisibly marked, then they cannot swap parts from a non working one.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Blocking non-uk buyers
Blocking 5 or less feedback, negative feedback You can only do this if they don't have a credit card on file - but yes, it's a good option to set
Selling only VIA Paypal to a CONFIRMED address
Sending the item registered delivery to the confirmed address only.
I'd also block people with no paypal account. It will barely eliminate any genuine bidders - but it may provide you with a measure of safety against casual scumbags. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I have a used phone to sell. It will cost me a few pounds to unlock the phone. Should I sell it locked or spend the money and unlock it first?0

might be worth getting it unlocked then you may have more buyers0
