I hope I am putting this post on the correct board and that I am not breaking any rules, but I wanted to warn people about the above website.
I placed an order with them on 25th Feb for a milk Frothing Jug. They have taken payment from my credit card (12.45) but I am still waiting for them to process my order.
I have e-mailed the company three times and left a message on their voice mail to ask them why my order hasn't been processed, but to no avail.
it is doubtful I think that I will now receive my jug or indeed a refund, which I asked for if the order couldn't be fulfiled.
I will continue to e-mail them, but in the meantime I urge moneysavers not to use this site because you are likely to be out of pocket.
Thank you

Just wanted to give you an update on my actions since my first post.
I have e-mailed Trading Standards in Bristol (where the comapany is based) and my local TSO. I also copied this e-mail the Customer Services Manager at thecookskitchen.com.
I e-mailed the BBC's watchdog.
I e-mailed the companies Customer Services Manager Charlotte Halsall giving her details of what I have been up to with a promise that I will e-mail her everyday until I get a satisfactory outcome.
The company also subscribe to a consumer website called epubliceye.com where I have reviewed the site and left my coments.
I know it is only for a small amount of money but it is my money at the end of the day and if 20 other people have placed an order of a similar value they have made a tidy sum of £249.00 and thats not on.
I will let you know the outcome.0 -
Has anyone else bought from thecookskitchen.com I would be interested to know what the outcome was.
In the past two months it seems they have made a habit of trating customers in this way as you can see from this link http://pe.epubliceye.com/fl/flreportcomments.cfm click on customer comments.0 -

I receievd an e-mail from them today stating that my Jug will be sent out next week!!!!0 -
Here's hoping they keep their promise "One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Seems this company has not changed its habits in many years and yet is still allowed to trade on the Internet etc.
I had a similar experience to this. They are a disgrace. Please check out other recent reviews on other sites as well. AVOID.0
