Im being made redundant -what benefits can I claim

Hello there all!
The firm finally caught up with me and realised that I was getting paid to do very little! ::)
Im being made redundant in a few weeks and will get a some redundancy pay but not enough to retire on!
Does anyone know what benefits I am entitled to whilst I am in between jobs.
The mrs only works part time so we can't live off that!
Any advice or tips appreciated

For further information about redundancy have a look at the DTI site As you make it clear you will be actively seeking work you will be entitled to Jobseekers Allowance see the details here There is more information about other benefits which may, depending on income, housing costs and savings, be applicable on the Disability Alliance Site
