PRC - do they have an obligation to inform CSA or other Government department's that s/he is no longer eligible for CSA seeing as son has left home and working away. DOES THE MOTHER , in my case, HAVE ANY LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM THE CSA. The money is still going out of NRP wage everymonth - how do I know that it is going to her. If it is and she is accepting it, what could be the legal come back on her for accepting the money for 12 months plus?
