to everyone that takes the time to post tips and hints.
I'm feeling rather pleased with myself as thanks to the oldstyleboard ive bought myself a slow cooker, cooked a huge chili con carne overnight, bulked out with a tin of pinto beans i had in the cupboard that i never thought i would use up, put 4 batches in the freezer and still have enough left for a huge dollop on my jacket spud this afternoon !
Im about to clean out my slow cooker and put it into action again for spag bol !
