I run a sole Taxi business from home hence i'm out a lot and on call divert most of the time.
I received 1,296 diverted calls over the christmas period
at a cost of £171
plus line rental and vat
£242 phone bill :eek:
Tax deductable of course
I just wondered if there is there an alternative working practice?
or a radical communication solution??

You can cost the cost,s of these calls by applying for BT Call Mobile which gives you 25% off to mobile numbers. It costs £1.50p a month.Your CallMobile 25% discount is applied to the total you spent on calls to mobiles.
