balance transfer to wifes card

Simple question, can I balance transfer to my wifes new card as she has 0% free for 6 months then 6% for life of card, a lot cheaper than mine or must it be between your own cards. cheers

your wife can transfer a balance from one of your cards to hers. She just gives your card number & the amount when applying for the balance transfer.0

no, u can transfer anyones debt onto your card but you become solely liable for it. So not wishing the worst on you but if you were to break up she is the only one the bank would come after for repayment even though you are the one that originally ran up the debtAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

i just opened two cards and have transfered a non existant balance from my girl firends egg card to them, the + balace on theegg card will be sitting in my bank account next week whilst I pay 0% to the two card companies, one of which I dont have to pay back until April 08 (HSBC card):money: IT Geek & Martin Wannabee :money:0
