You just save tokens and then you can book a 3 or 4 night break at a Haven or British Holidays caravan park for £9.50 per person (minimum 4 people, so you have to pay £38 minimum even if there's only 2 or 3 of you.

In general, it ends up a bit more expensive than £38 though, as most parks charge extra for gas & electricity, plus if you want the entertainment passes, this is extra too - although even with all those things included, we normally end up spending about £80 in total for 3 of us, so still pretty cheap.

There are very few available during school holidays though, but once you have been on a Sun holiday once, they send you a priority booking form the following year, which means you don't need to save as many tokens, so can get your form back in before the rush, and get the best choice of parks/dates.

will have to keep my eyes peeled for the postman then!

we stayed at brean sands last year, which was less then brilliant, but for a cheap holiday you really cant complain. depending on the dates available, we will probably go again this year

Dont rush into this offer ...there were loads of deals (out of school term) under what the Sun were offering at Haven.
Add it all up with pass's and bedding.
Last April Haven were selling all in breaks for £59 inc pass's and bedding in 3 bedroom vans
£9.50 sounds good but when its a min of 4 it can work out more expensive than a late deal from Haven
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

we def got a good deal where we went

if we had booked direct with eurocamp it would have been over £100 more expensive ! that was taking into account the extra supplements aswell

and you take your own bedding etc to save paying for theirs ;)
  • Hi Rachie B,
We would love to do DLRP, which site did you stay at? Any advice or tips to share?
