Southwest Trains 2 for 1

What's the deal?

Southwest trains is offering 2 for 1 travel for up to 4 passengers on any of its off peak trains until 11 February 2007.

How to grab your ticket

Simply click here and fill in your details, including the day you want to travel and the station you are travelling to and from. You will then be provided with a voucher which you need to print and take with you when your purchase your tickets.

Terms and Conditions

The discount is not available for travel between 24 - 27 December. The offer is only valid on off peak trains which usually means trains getting into London after 10 am or for anywhere else those leaving after 9.30am. Outward and return journeys must be completed on the same day and the journey must start and finish from the same station. Voucher 1 must be completed and handed in when purchasing the ticket, voucher 2 must be kept by the pasenger during travel. The offer is not valid with any other discount, promotion or travel product. Normal National Rail Conditions of Carriage also apply.

    Ive just got an email from southwest trains from and to london

    It lets you go back as many times as you like after youve downloaded and printed your voucher

    just go back on your browser and put in a new date and print off as many dates as you like..

  • Nice one. Going to London for my birthday in Jan. Always a tight month, any deals on restaurants would also be welcome!
  • Note that it could be cheaper to use Groupsave, which is a BTGTF buy 2 get 2 free offer. We travelled to London from Basingstoke as a group of 4 adults last weekend. 2 for 1 cannot be used for a One Day Travel Card (which includes Tube) whereas Groupsave can. The helpful guy at the ticket office in Basingstoke pointed this out. It was about £38 for the 4 of us.
