Telewest options

am moving flats soon
in current flat i have a bT line, and use onetel for the free weekend calls (don't think I've used up the £20 free credit yet) and 18866 for week day calls.
In new flat I am having telewest for the Broadband/cable and phone option. Now, can i still use onetel and 18866 for the phone calls, telewest seems to be more expensive for calls, with its 3,2,1 pricing. Main calls i make is to my folks, 20 mins to their uk landline every few days.
Any suggestions?
Catherine

You can still use 18866 with Telewest only instead of it being a 0p call its 0.5p a minute plus the 1p connection fee.
Also you can still use Onetel but I think you need to have a "box" to route the calls, best phone them in plenty of time to check

No. All the routing box does is dial the One-Tel freefone access number. you can dial this manually!
Suggest you also check out Telewest T&Cs. They may stop you using alternative providers to make your calls!0 -
In theory (the T&C's) it may not allow it but in practice Telewest definately do allow 18866

As do TalkTalk.0 -

Won't know my phone number until its installed so shall do it then. Better to have it automatically than have to dial each time.0 -

You could just dump the phone line, and use VoIP with Sipgate and 1899!It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
