This isn't a link for free postage at all.

It's just a site which will display items of a certain value if you need to bump up your purchase to the £15 required to get free postage.

Say you want an item that costs £12.50 - this will show you a selection of items priced £2.50 or more in order to bring your purchase up to or over the threshold for frr postage.
