Site dead for me as well but the deal is for real:D No probs with dvdsoon.com!
To get it at this priceI think you need to be a member as you need the valentine discount.:j :j0 -
Will this be compatible with the UK version though as the link is to a Canadian site?Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0

Not entirely sure where the £57 is from...as far as i can see the ds is $239.98 (canadian dollars) which is just over £100 (+ p&p)

From experience with the other gameboy's there will be no problem getting it to run UK games. However, chances are you will need an adapter to plug it into a UK socket. You will also have to pay UK customs charges and VAT. What the charges will be I don't know.
I've managed to get on the site and I have a few things to add. Their most expensive shipping method is the only one that has insurance against loss etc... However, that insurance is only $100 CAD...ie, not enough to cover the item.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I got one from america ages ago - game sell the charger for £5 or you can use the old one from a sp - exactly the same and it is 100% region free;):j :j0 -
Thanks Mrme. I suspected as much. My main problem is the shipping though. Standard shipping doesn't include any insurance. So if the item got lost or damaged in transit...tough. It would be a case of claiming through warranty etc... Don't really want to take the risk when it would be a pressie.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

You get 2 free dvd's as well, includung the incredibles, blade runner & queen on fire - live at the bowl
To get this deal you will have to buy the fidelity icard so there isn't much in the price after all - wait until the uk release:j :j0 -
if stuff goes missing just claim back of cc.
ive spent thousands at dvdsoon.com over the years.
If stopped by customs the fees will be
3.5%
then 17.%
Then royalmaisl £4 on top, so £730 -
Thanks Coolio, but as I said I'm not happy with the standard shipping. Call it peace of mind if you like. Its not that I don't trust them. I'm just a worry wart.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
