A few people are having trouble getting this offer to work for them so here are a few suggestions to fix that problem if its happening to you:

1) The order doesn't seem to work if you have £50 in your basket so try making your order total £55 or more.
2) Make sure your delivery slot is on or before the 12th October.
3) If you are getting the error message telling you that you have used the code too many times (and you haven't) then try logging out then signing back in and choosing a different delivery slot.
4) Try this code XX2F57 for £15 off instead of £20 off.
5) If nothing else works then ring Tesco Customer Services on 08457 225533 as they are aware of the problem and have been honouring the discount this way.
