Problems with selling function on ebay today

Is anyone else struggling with E-bay this afternoon? Or is it just my connection? (connected via, BT broadband). The reason I am asking is because I am finding it impossible to load my items so I can sell them. It's taking several attempts to load a category, I cannot upload any photos (don't usually have a problem) and though I state postage to UK and untick all the seperate continents they still show in my listing. I had to withdraw one item for this reason as I don't fancy posting to the US or Australia because the items are cheap and the postage costs would be too high. Not to mention credit card/cheque charges etc.
