womens rights when getting divorced

my partner is currently getting divorded, has been seperated for 3 years.
does anyone who has been through this know her rights and whats she is entitled to? there are no kids involved.

  Very grey area. A solicitor is your best bet.
  
  Usually the premise is 50-50 but given the short duration of the marriage I doubt this will be the case.
