Good value New York accommodation

I came across this site http://www.new-york-apartment.com/ which seems to have some good flats and studios available in Manhattan - studios start from $120 (works out cheap if there are two of you or more) a night, i've already booked a nice flat in Chelsea from $200 p/n for 3 nights (with gym, 24hour doorman etc). Anyway since there are a few people looking for New york accommodation i thought it'd help to have options other than just hotels - plus you get to self-cater so more money saving there.
