Bankruptcy household expenses - And what you think of my SOA linked to my BKY

Hope someone could help me here, As part of our Bankruptcy I am fully aware that we will have an IPO against us for 3 years. Does anyone know what we can claim allowances for and if so how much. We are both going BKY so are goping to do a joint SOA for them. Our worries are as :

Prescriptions : OH has athsma 2x per month
Contact Lenses / Glasses
Life Insurance
Mobile (PAYG), However we also have a landline
Contingencty (ie breakdown of Household goods etc etc )
Pets (pooch and a puss)
Broadband
Gym - OH has Athsma so Doc tells him to go
Travel to work
Council Tax/TV Licence/Utilities
Holidays (contriversila... But I know you can allow for this !)
Haircuts ( have a perm....

)
Xmas / Birthdays etc

Im not trying to 'see how much I can bleed em for'. We just need to make sure that we have every eventuallity covered so we are not cut short and end up in the same situ as we are in now..... No money to buy anything !

Also, Last one - We have just filed for a claim for a new kitchen, Next door has polluted us with his years of dripping waterworks... The insurance has granted a new wall, kitchen etc etc... Now im woprried that it will be the tuime of BKY when it all happens. Will the OR not take this into account ie: what if the insurers pay me directly so I pay the builders etc etc.

Don't know much about bankrupcy, but do know that GPs can pescribe the gym, so you'd literally take vouchers down and pay some tiny amount, (sure my friend only had to pay £1 a session at the local gym as a result. Is this still the case, if so maybe explaining to your GP your financial situation?

our or allowed us councilltax scripts denist christmas and birthday just for chrildren and close famley sky wasnt allowed dont have pets house and car insurance was allowed and they did let us have a food buget of 90.00 per week hope this helps

sorry forgot to say hoildays no hair our buget is 10 per month what they do is look at your buget and tell you what you can keep anything left over from your wages is classed surpluss income they take that surpluss for up to three years its called an ip order

How many of there are you, and did just you or your OH go BKY also?

Did you have to pay an IVO?

no we didnt have an ivo the judge was really nice he said that somtimes you just have to know when to give up and start again the or was fair i wouldnt say she was freindly but she wasnt nasty etheir and belive me the stress and worry of it all is no worst then dealing with debt collecters its just over quicker it was just my oh who went i should of as well but my debts was small to his debt so we are paying it under a dmp if i get time over the weekend i will pm you our buget what the or agreed so you can get a better idea of what you can and cant have try not worry easyer said then done i know i sat up with my oh all night the night before as he couldnt sleep for worrying about seeing the judge and when he did see him he said it was like talking to boss the judge didnt even have his wig on
