criteria for getting mortgage interest paid?

Hi can anyone tell me what the criteria is?

I get CTC and WTC and CTB and free precriptions - does anyone know if im entitled and how I apply?

  We have help with our mortgage interest as we are in receipt of income support. Pretty sure that is only benefit that will give you the mortgage interest payments. sorry!
