Anyone who listened to the Today programme this am will be seriously worried - the Tories seem unable to do simple sums. Go with the devil you know.

It's not. It's on Thursday (as it always is), the 6th.

I am just an idiot, who was so excited ... that I did a typo.

oh no, news will now get very tedious and boring. I predict a dirty campaign by both sides with mud slinging all-round, fancy slogans, little in the way of detail, lots of 'pledges', lots of 5min broadcasts to try to avoid on the tele. I wish it was May 7th already.

Curious though as to how Peter Snow will present the 'swingometer' this time though. I hope it's a high techy, multi coloured graph-like thing!

oh, the outcome ...... does it make much difference?? We'll see a whole new meaning to 'shock and awe' once we know the spending plans!!
