I thought I'd go "all in" and just post the stuff here after getting swamped with PMs!!!
Cheers, Ajnt
Hiya. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place ... I figured it was kinda a freebie!
Anyway, I got this month's Sky magazine and looked at the "Golden Ticket" inside. It's one of those things where you call the premium rate number (costing £9) and they tell you what you've won.
I was thinking that most people are put off by the charge and so maybe don't call and risk losing something ... so I texted them (footing the bill) and have put the details together into an e-mail.
So if you've got a Golden Ticket in your Sky magazine, you can find out what it's worth, for free, by going to a web site.
If you've always wanted to find out what you've really won with these things but not wanted to pay to do it, now you can!
As for me, I've not won anything valuable (as I suspected) but hopefully some other people can make use of the information I got from their lines!
If you've got a prize worth claim, just ring them as usual to get a claim number and you're all sorted!
Now I'm not going to post a link to the site here as I'm not sure on the rules for posting links to your own site, so please PM me for the link.
Here's hoping I can help a few people!
Ajnt

Ahhhh the sky mag. I strip the letter with the address from the packet, shred that and the rest goes in the recycling bin. It's utter crap, full of ads and general rubbish, and apparently I have no choice whether I receive it or not. I bet there are a lot of people who do the same.
I've never and will never call a number to see what I've won; I've won or I haven't and if you need to pay for it, it will cost less than the call thats a fact. Sad state of affairs all this junk mail these days.

um...I think the OP is suggesting that you check what the prize is online (free of charge) and then ONLY if you have a decent prize do you bother ringing their rip off premium rate line...?Good Enough Club member number 27(2) AND I got me a stalkee!
