Ok firstly not sure if this correct forum.
Problem is yesterday 10/03/2010 i got my voucher through for £276 for old ps2games and dvds etc. So after reading terms on there site it says you have to redeem vouchers BY SENDING them back to cex then they will take off the amount. I asked for this payment to be changed to bank transfer of course given me little ( they said they cannot change this once processed) Ok i picked so its my fault.
Now the problems i bought a 32"TV at £280 and paid using my visa debt card order goes through payment authorized, status is checking stock or so then changes to stock picking complete (so would indicate stock available) as it did say 1 available online!!
So now i have sent the voucher back to them recorded delivery with all my order number and they have my cash, there such a weird company to deal with. What should i do here im so annoyed with them.
