Clearing the memory on my computer.

I know how to clear the history on my computer but can someone please tell me how to clear all of the memory or history including the drop down websites when I, for instance, put google into the search bar, Sorry, I don't know the technical names,

    Tools, internet options, content, autocomplete settings, untick everything, delete autocomplete history.

    On the tools, internet options, advanced tab, empty temp files when browser is closed.

    Tools, internet options, delete browser history on exit
