New Talk Talk Tariff.

Options
In anticipation of the ASA ruling Talk Talk have today launched another Tariff called Talk 3 which does not include Intl Calls.

"we will offer a package for £8.99 per month that excludes free international calls and entitles you to Free Broadband. Of course the option still remains to pay £9.99 per month and get calls to 28 international destinations included as well as Broadband. In short, to call something free it must be associated with a product or service that was available prior to its launch. The £8.99 Talk3 tariff was available prior to April 11th, and therefore it is appropriate to describe Broadband as free. We have submitted these changes for approval and have received clearance to the offer as described above."

The reason for this is explained here.

£8.99 for line rental, unlimited inclusive UK landline calls to 01/02 numbers and free broadband? when they've sorted out their customer service issues, they'll be unstoppable.

... time to start looking for a new job methinks... where's the careers page on the TalkTalk website?

although I don't think I'd get the job after my "Charles Dunstone ate my children" post.

its not £8.99 for line rental it is for talk 3 + broadband. They charge £11 on top for line rental so cost will be £19.99 which is still a good deal. (not including issues like customer service, contract length etc.

Hah - don't worry too much Mac - for what they're charging, top rate of pay is likely to be Minimum Wage less accomodation costs for the time you spend in the office...

Will investigate the BB+UK calls though if/when the e7even cease goes through.
