CD Jewel case label templates.

I am looking for templates/software that will enable me to label cd and dvd jewel cases and wonder if anyone can point me in the direction to find what I'm looking for please. . I've searched endlessly both physically in shops and googled online but have only found stuff to label the discs themselves, which I already have. I don't mind paying for it!
I'd like to be able to write a list on the back of what is on the cds/dvds (all my own personal stuff
) and so I can see it on the spine when it's stored away.
Any help or suggestions welcome

I used to use COVERXP years ago for this kind of thing
Free trial available. Once you have a play about with it a few times, you can easily mange your own pictures, editing and adding content.
(1) Click cover templates above the left-hand image pane
(2) Select your desired template - in this case, dvd.keepcase.single.file
(3) Click the left-hand image pane - a browser will open. Navigate to your target image and left-click
(4) Click Load
(5) Click File > Printer Setup in the top toolbar
(6) Input your paper and ink settings. When you're satisfied, click the printer icon.
