i tuk a loan out with this company nearly 3 years ago, ive had nothing but trouble with them, i borrowed £2500 from them plus ppi (as i was told i had to to get the loan) anyway i missed 5 payments and they have whacked nearly £2000 interest on these missed payments, i cancelled the ppi and another insurance i tuk out with them 3 months after getting the loan, anyway its tuk them till now 2.5 years later and after 4 complaints to actually cancel the insurances and ppi, they refunded me 413.02, on my credit agreement the ppi was 989.38 and lifecare 24 was 195.00 ,why have they only credited me £413, also do they put interest on the ppi as i would love to be able to claim the interest back.
total amount of credit including insurance is 3684.38 plus there interest 3152.62 is 6837.45 my loan is due to end in april, but i have 5 missed payments so i was under the impression it wud end in september but now they have told me because of the interest etc being added on to my missed payments i still owe 1675???? what the hell, how can this company do that, once i have paid of my 5 arrears can i refuse to pay them the 1675 in interest? please help me i am in bits over this, i feel as tho they have taken me for a mug

Interest will have been building up on the 5missed payments since they happened so it would be reasonable to think that extra interest would be due. You could ask them to show how the additional interest has been calulated to check in in accordance to your original agreement with them.
If you cancelled the PPI you would only get back the premiums from when you cancelled. If you had had a case for mis-selling and made a claim via that route you would probably have received all the PPI back.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Welcome are sub-prime lenders and most sub-prime lenders impose huge penalties for missed or late payments. If you use these sort of people you really do need to be disciplined about making payments on time and in full.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

I am afraid if you talk in such utter rubbish text talk you have just lost all credibility for anyone to try and help you because it is harder to work out what you have written than what you have said.
Try again and see.
Robert Sterling I didn't know this existed by agree with your sentiments. We have to stamp out this utter rubbish way of posting on forums.
And besides it just doesn't make sense.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

There's ur answer and yes, you owe the money and yes, they can pursue it.
Either dont borrow or save up or go without or read the small print.
Little comfort I know. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0 -

No offence, but surely if you kept everything in order then nothing like this would of happened.
I know welcome finance aren't popular, but in the 2 years i had my car on hire purchase with them, i had no trouble what so ever. Granted i didn't cause any trouble with missing payments etc, nor did i take out ppi, i never do cos it causes so much hassle.
I agree they're very quick to send out letters re charges as i got one pretty quick for £25 when i cancelled my DD due to handing the car back voultarily. But i just rang them up and they took the charge off because i did have to cancel the DD.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160
