3/6 Parcels Missing From Same day posting 20/1/10
I have 3 buyers claiming they have not recieved their items I have just checked tracking and that seems correct but also showing up another 2 But they have left me feedback and happy ?
Im wondering what on earth is going on have i got 3 people pulling a fast one or is there a walkies postman at my office?

they take a while to update the system so the 2 that left feedback may have got them but the signatures not processed as yet.

with the others, they could well be missing, be polite with the buyers and ask them to check their local sorting office/post office in case it was missed delivery, which should give u a couple more days to hope they turn up, and if not you will have to refund and claim from royal mail
