NYSE Share dealing - iWeb

I thought I had found a broker that would accept the transfer in of US Share certficates in iWeb. But since I have opened the account they have now told me that they wont accept US share certificates despite their website still suggesting otherwise.

Does anyone know of a service that can transfer in my certificate?
