Check they are removing the asbestos tiles properly. You dont want that going wrong! See how they intend on disposing of them etc...0

Absolutley correct, and make sure you get a copy of the waste transfer notice from the contractor for the asbestos tiles.0 -

Hi there,
I live in Wales & have been quoted various prices from 2400k, 3400K,3800k & 4000k to replace a real blue welsh slate tiled roof on a 3 bedroom semi detached house with small porch. I guess you can say the prices vary but which quote should I go for the cheapest, middlest or most expensive. Any suggestions. All seem really geniune people. Had some external work done 4 years ago where I replaced all walls with pebble dash, paid 4000k and now I have balled patches & plaster coming off. Don't really want to make the same mistake again.0
