WILL I STILL GET MORTGAGE INTEREST PAID?

I have applied sucessfully for a new mortgage with the same bank, but in my name only with my parents as guarantors.

Have you been accepted.
Banks normally insist that the mortgage is in the name of the people that own the property.
I don't think that you can simply "take" your husbands shares of the property without his consent, even if he has abandonned you.

Are you sure this will go through?
If it fails then you could end up with costs, if they find out during the legal process that the property is not in your name.

Have they asked you whose name the property was in?
