Vanquis Online Facilities

Evening all,
As you may already be aware Vanquis have launched their online payment service https://www.payvanquis.co.uk
Speaking with a customer advisor at Vanquis I have been advised that full online facilities should be available from the end of March. He went onto say that the full online service was supposed to be fully set up by now however due to some technical difficulties they had to postpone it.
The current online payment service is run off the back of the full service and was brought up to "test the water"
In your opinion what do you think about a credit card company not having online facilities in 2010? I know for sure that I regularly monitor ALL my accounts online and find this a invaluable way of managing my money.

The 0800-Vanquis number does me at the minute (considering I'm not spending on at the account!) but I would like to have online statements etc. It is a good job though that they accept faster payments.0

Their card design and website has just been updated - and like you point out, you can pay online - all that is left is moving the accounts 'online'. Rumour suggests later this year before we'll see the changes!
