Primus have charged me for 0800, freephone calls.

I have checked the search engine and can find no reference to this so appologies if it's been posted 100 times before.
I am on Primus saver option 2.
Basically i have been charged 10p a time to make freephone calls, surely that can't be right. ? Can it....anyone any experiance of this??.. Any advice?
can't find any ref to it in their t & c's.
A small example from my bill:
15-05-06 10:40:16 Freephone 0800242**4 00:03:47 Peak £0.100
15-05-06 10:51:58 Freephone 0800917**24 00:01:45 Peak £0.100

That has to be a mistake.
Give them a ring - 0800 036 3839 (yes, I know it's 0800).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

Phoned the number. It seems it was a mistake and will be refunded in my next bill.
This seems to have happened all over the place, not just me....
