Travel Insurance PROBLEM

I brought travel insurance from moneysupermarket on 27th Dec, to date Ive STILL no policy emailed to me, Ive emailed and emailed and still nothing.
I fly out on the 3rd of Jan:mad:
Just looked at my bank and they HAVE TAKEN THE CASH OUT!!:mad:
What can I do! I need my policy so I can fly!

Which company was the insurance with? You should have got a policy/reference number (or confirmation number) when you booked it? Are you mailing moneysupermarket or the company you bought the insurance from??:smileyhea0

I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but in fairness the 27th was sunday so the policy wouldn't (I guess) be posted until 29th (tuesday) - after monday's bank holiday - at the earliest.
Given the backlog it really would have been wishful thinking for these documents to have been received by today .....and I think saturday would have been pushing it as well.
The only thing I can suggest is presumably you have the policy number and the company contact details so I would take these with you (just in case you do need them, which I hope you don't!) or were the plicy documents supposed to be emailed to you and in that case did you put in the correct details?2014 Target;

why do you need the policy, as long as you have a policy number (presumably you got an email confirming the transaction). Also have you checked they will send you a policy. Alot of online companies keep costs down by not sending documents, as normally they are available to see and download on the web. As long as you read the policy details before you signed up I don't what your problem is.0 -

You should know who the insurance company is as it would have stated this before you paid. Moneysupermarket is just go between. Contact them (the insurance company not moneysupermarket) tomorrow and sure they will e-mail you a copy. All you need is company name and policy number to make a claim:smileyhea0
