Mould On Wall Of Daughters Bed

Our 3rd bedroom is a small bedroom and due to the stairs being underneath it part of the room has a cupboard which hides this.
Anyway having a single bed in the room took up most of it so me and ,y dad built a cabin type bed in a space that a bed won't fit in. The bed is made of wood and is about a mete and a half off the floor.
A single mattress just fits in it.
Went to change her bed and the wall, her duvet and cushions (Obviously touching the wall) at the end of her bed has mould all over it. The end of the bed wall is a outside wall.
Any ideas of why this has happened and anyways to prevent it?
Plus she also gets loads and loads of condensation on her window and window seal. Is there a tried method of stopping this?

My guess is lack of ventilation and condensation
Clean the mould off with mould killer or diluted bleach and try and leave a gap for air to flow.
I tend to line outside walls with thin polystyrene lining paper around £2 a roll.0 -
Leave a window open slightly.
Also is the bed slatted, or is it just solid board under the mattress?0 -
Does she sleep with the door closed? If so she is breathing out up to a pint of water per night which settles on the coldest surface ... The room needs ventilating thoroughly on a daily basis, if that is too cold then try a dehumidifier.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
