Bridgewater claims and Credit Card loan

Thanks for this. What did you do in the end? I have been approached by the same company Bridge water claims management ltd. webaddress is world wide web.bridgewaterclaims.com. they have promised to write off my off Egg Credit card debt 100% for £399. The say it because the goverment have said credit agrements must be signed in licensed premisis, and 60min conceltation done with financial advisor, who should also cosign the credit card agreement form. Is this correct info or a fraud. Please help me to a proper company who can help write off a debt £5000, credit card and £9000 from personal load both in 2001 from egg. but who I am paying off now £80 /mnth but interest on it is higher.tnx T

  • First learn to spell or use a spellchecker.
Second don't waste a penny of your money as you will not see a penny of it again.

If you borrowed money why do you think it is ok to want to get the debt cancelled?

Do you have a suggestion for a web browser/spell chacker package that offers a spell checker that will work with the original poasters computer system ?

This is a load of bull.

You can sign credit agreements electronically online, certainly there is no requirement for consultation with a financial advisor or any co-signatures on the agreement. Its complete lies I'm afraid.

These people are scammers who want your money and will not be able to get your debts written off.

You may be able to challenge the enforcability of the CCA yourself. There are guides elsewhere on this site that provide you with the templates to do this.

Yes of course I do - you only had to ask - Google provide one free of charge if you have their toolbar installed.
