Can't view a certain site - flash?

I am desperately trying to see items on the Nike store as they have a clearance sale on.........I was going to add the laughing icon but I can't add an icon here. Is that another problem?

Anyway, I can get into the site, I can see the different categories (eg men, women, girl, boy), all the thumbnails come up. However, when I click on an item I just get a whirling wheel in the centre of the screen and I can't see any further information.

I thought it was maybe to do with Flash but I went to the site and it says I have the lates version installed.

Any ideas? Can anyone else get in? I did go to !!!!!!! to do a link for you but it wouldn't accept this one for some reason.

What browser and OS are you using?
Sometimes certain sites can play up with a particular browser - I use Opera, but sometimes I have to fall back to using Firefox, Chrome, or lastly IE8

I usually use IE8 but my brother suggested using Google Chrome. Windows Vista.

It's not working in either. He tried the Nike site in his house and it worked in no time at all.

The Nike site definately runs Flash. Could be yours is corrupt - you could either download and install Firefox and install flash (which should be different) or try uninstalling flash, then putting it on again.

    Yes Hmmmmmm
You could try firefox, it's worth a shot. Otherwise something could be blocking it - Antivirus, Antispyware, Firewall.

I switched off Avast and my Windows firewall. Still didn't work. They are now on again. I don't think I have any antispyware running, I think I need to load it up to do a scan.

Also downloaded Firefox. Not working in that.

Yep. I have installed and uninstalled things so many times that I am now over my mobile broadband allowance.
