    Go to https://www.123-reg.co.uk and register your site (Domain Name)and ask for web hosting for a year or more.

    Then find a web developer.

    What type of site is it going to be ?

    What you ask is like "What's a good car and where can i get one?"....depends what it's for and your budget really.
