Put claim in 2 years ago but have recent charges

HI
I put in a claim about 2 years ago but have accurred more charges since then, would i have to do anything or when anything does start moving would they be taken into account.:eek:

  I would update your claim with the bank in writing.

  I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

  I've stopped banking with Natwest many moons ago.
  Can I still claim the charges
  or
  account closed= opporunity lost?

  Did you claim the charges before the account was closed?
  Did they say your account was on hold and did they send you a letter to that effect?

  I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
