Harveys Furniture

I would like to tell you folks about the service i have received at Harveys Furniture.

Our Leather sofa is nearly 2 years old next month and the webbing went on the 2 seater, i rang Harveys and explained the problem the call agent said it was out of warranty as nearly 2 years old but a manager would ring me back.

Half an hour later a manager did ring me back and did mention that it was nearly 2 years old and out of warranty but he agreed for a upholstrer to have a look, so today he arrived and fixed the sofa and fitted new webbing.

I was ready for a fight but it was repaired with no quibble :)
