Help cat's poo on the lawn!!

I am having problems with cats pooing on the lawn. It is two of them, since they cannot do in the flowers beds, they are doing it on the lawn. It is quite hard to know what to do as I do not want to damage the lawn. I have used the sonic but it is heavy on battries and it is triggered by leaves movement etc. Help, anybody, it is really upsetting as I have to watch where I walk. Thanks

Get a mains adapter for your repeller, and switch it off when you are in the garden. Sorted:)

I used chilli flakes, seems to have stopped them so far

Oh, and a water pistol to squirt cats whenever I saw them in my garden

I spoke too soon about chilli flakes, noticed fresh cat poo on lawn this morning, maybe the heavy rain over the weekend has diluted them a bit?

Why not provide them with a big tray of sand, or soil that you can empty? Cats prefer somewhere that they can have a good dig at - sand is good, but so is fresh earth.

Get yourself a decent water pistol and you will soon be rid of them.

Our rabbits chase the cats out of our garden. I've seen the male one bite a cat once - that one never came back!!
