duckling

Options
Got a duckling pretty cheap from the co-op (£4.99) and have no idea how to cook it, should i just roast it like normal? Any ideas much appreciated.

    I would roast it, but duck can be quite fatty meat. Have you got a rack that you can put it on while it's cooking?

    This allows the fat to drip off, leaving the nice meat!

    If you are having roast pots with it put then under the rack so the fat drips on them mmmmmmmmmmmm
